Although there are myriad property portals, the widest possible reach you could hope for when marketing your property would be with Rightmove and Zoopla and their associated partner websites and media outlets. We feature all our properties on these major portals and have invested heavily in other aspects within their websites which offer further exposure again, like ‘Featured Properties’ and Premium Listings. We offer bespoke editorial for some of our property on social media platforms that belong to these major internet companies, like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
We do not buy anything without seeing it first and of course one thing that has not changed over the years is ‘first impressions count’ and that is ever prevalent with the marketing of property. We provide in-house professional photography and floor plans at no extra charge to our Sellers as we know that this will be one of the key factors to the level of enquiries we can generate either from the internet or though our quality brochures we provide. More often than not estate agents overlook the importance of quality photography which ultimately could prevent their Sellers from achieving the best possible price for their home.
Amazingly some believe this is the least important aspect of selling your home and that once a sale is agreed that it will look after itself with the assistance of a Solicitor or Conveyancer. This could not be further from the truth.
